Who owns Office Coffee Break?
Office Coffee Break is owned and run by Tom Dowd, owner of Break Coffee Co. of Central & South Florida. It's a local, owner-operated business — not a national franchise or a call center. When you reach out, you're dealing directly with the owner and a local team who install and service the coffee themselves.
Why are your recommendations unbiased?
Because our goal is a system that actually fits your office — not the most expensive machine we can place. We match the setup to how your team really works: your size, your peak hours, your budget. If a simpler option is the right call, we'll say so — and if we're genuinely not the right fit, we'll tell you that too. Good advice earns long-term clients; overselling doesn't.
Why no long-term contracts?
Because we'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into it. No contracts means you stay because the coffee and service are good, not because you're trapped. It also keeps us accountable — if we ever stopped delivering, you'd be free to leave. We don't plan on giving you a reason to.
