Meet Tom Dowd, the owner
When you get in touch, you are dealing directly with the owner — not a national call center. Tom built the business around one idea: match the right system to how each office actually operates, and stand behind it.
Tom has run this side of the business since 2019 — hands-on with the equipment, the installations, the servicing and the daily business of keeping Florida offices in coffee. Years of that teach you one thing above all: no single machine or programme suits every business. A 25-person professional office needs something entirely different from a 200-person corporate floor, a busy country club or a client-facing executive suite.
Before coffee, Tom worked on Wall Street, then owned and ran a floral franchise — two businesses that could hardly be less alike, and between them a useful education. One taught him the pace and expectations of corporate offices. The other taught him that in a service business, reliability and attention to detail are the whole product. Both are why this one runs month to month: he would rather earn your business every four weeks than lock you into a contract.
