Can I rent or lease a coffee machine from you?
You don’t need to. The machine is supplied and installed at $0 as part of the managed service — no lease, no rental fee, month to month. If it ever breaks, we repair or replace it.
Is the equipment really $0 cost?
Yes — qualified businesses receive the machines at no cost. You only pay for the premium coffee and supplies your team uses.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
We fix or replace it, fast and free. Machines are our responsibility — that’s what fully managed means.
Do the machines need a water line?
Some models connect to a water line for hands-free operation; others use built-in tanks. We assess your space during the site visit and recommend accordingly.
Can we try before committing?
Qualified offices can start with a risk-free trial — and since service is month to month, you’re never locked in.
Which machine is right for my office size?
As a rule of thumb: the W8 up to 25 people, the X8 to 75, the X10 to 150 and the Giga X8 beyond that. Headcount is only the start, though — we match the machine to your space and drink preferences during the free site check.
