How the service works around a busy practice
Your front desk and clinical team have patients to see. The coffee should not add to anyone’s list.
Once the machine is in, one local team handles everything: the people who install it are the same people who stock, clean and repair it. Most offices are visited every other week, busier break rooms weekly, and the quietest every four weeks, never longer. Each visit cleans the machine, services it and restocks your supplies.
Nobody on your staff places an order, descales anything or calls a technician. Preventive maintenance is part of the service, so most problems are caught on a routine visit before anyone in your office notices. If a machine does break down, we fix or replace it at no charge.
Getting started is simple. When the machine is in stock, we agree an install day that suits you; a model we order in, such as the JURA Giga X8, adds three to five days. We match the setup to your size, your peak hours and your budget.
Hygiene and milk handling in a practice
In a practice, the coffee machine sits in a shared space, so how it handles milk and cleaning matters.
We install automated bean-to-cup machines with enclosed, refrigerated milk handling. Milk is held in a refrigerated carafe and drawn through an automated frothing system, so nobody at the front desk has to steam milk. Fresh milk systems need a daily rinse cycle, and these machines run their cleaning cycles automatically. Our team then cleans and services the machine on every visit.
We use real milk, never powdered creamer. Milk is the one item not included in the price, so your practice keeps the fridge stocked. The coffee is ground fresh from whole beans for every cup: no pods, and no pot that has been sitting on a warmer since 8 a.m.
Which coffee machine fits your practice
We size the machine by the cups your team gets through in a week, not by headcount. Each one is a Swiss-made JURA bean-to-cup machine, supplied, installed and serviced at $0 equipment cost.
JURA X10
For up to about 200 cups a week. Up to 34 drink options from one machine, with beans ground fresh for every cup.
JURA Giga X8
For more than 200 cups a week. It pours two drinks at once, and its two bean hoppers mean regular and decaf from the same machine.
JURA X8, Certified Pre-Owned
For practices that want to keep costs down: up to 50 cups a day, with 21 café specialties.
During a free site check we look at your space and your team’s drink preferences, and whether a water line or the built-in tank suits your room, and you can compare the JURA machines side by side. Hot coffee starts from $499 every 4 weeks, all-inclusive except milk, on a flat-rate or per-cup plan, month to month with no contract. See office coffee pricing.
