## Keep Teams In the Room, Not Out for Coffee

Fragmented coffee access scatters teams and cuts collaboration short — a single premium coffee bar keeps everyone together.

### Central coffee bar

One premium hub the whole office actually uses.

### Longer working sessions

Fewer external runs, more time in the room.

### Reduced coffee spend

Cut the daily café tab across the team.

### The problem

Consultants and analysts had fragmented coffee access that cost collaboration time and produced inconsistent quality across teams — driving employees out of the building for premium coffee.

### The fix

OCB installed a centralized coffee bar with a Jura system and cold brew kegerator — one premium hub for the whole office.
